If something is wrong with your order, BeautyWear wants to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds generally work.
How to start a return
Contact us at Infobeautywear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and how to send it back.
Do not return items without hearing from us first, unless we ask you to.
Eligibility
Unless we say otherwise, returned items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Some items (for example personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products) may not be returnable.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Shipping charges may be refundable for our error (wrong or damaged item); otherwise return shipping may be your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
